Holistic Education

We want our pupils to engage with their learning, which is why our curriculum is split into three key areas - combining core and broader education with a focus on social and emotional development. Alongside core learning, we also offer a wide range of extracurricular opportunities and experiences that enables pupils to develop their interests and talents - including arts, sports, music, dance and much more!

Passionate Staff

Set in modern, newly refurbished grounds, Willow Park is led by a team of passionate and motivated professionals who understand what it takes to help young people succeed. Our teaching staff care deeply about seeing our pupil's flourish. They work closely with our young people throughout their learning journeys, supporting them in their studies and guiding them in developing strong relationships with their classmates.

Motivate, Educate, Inspire

Willow Park belongs to a well-respected family of Compass Community Schools based throughout the UK. At Compass, our mission is simple: providing outstanding education that inspires our young people and supports them in securing better outcomes.

We strive to deliver holistic educational experiences, developing young people who are responsible, caring, and respectful of others. Central to our ethos is the belief that every pupil can succeed with the right support. Our vision is to inspire our learners to make positive life choices, motivating them to overcome barriers to learning and make the most of their life chances.
