Abingdon House School is an independent day school for pupils aged from 5 to 19 with specific learning difficulties such as dyslexia, dyspraxia and ADD/ADHD, autistic spectrum condition, social communication difficulties and other associated needs.

The teaching and integrated therapy at Abingdon House focuses on supporting the challenges faced by students with Special Educational Needs, such as working memory, processing speed, executive functioning, sensory processing, social communication needs, as well as the impact these may have on a student's confidence and self esteem.

The school provides a warm, nurturing and aspirational learning environment where the specific individual learning needs of students are fully supported in a mainstream-style environment.

We foster a sense of pride and belonging that encourages your child to progress and achieve at school, and prepares them for independence beyond our doors.
