At Mountfields House, we've curated an environment that caters to the individual needs of up to 36 pupils. Our children come to us at any stage in their educational career with a wide range of experiences; many have experienced complex trauma and require a specialist, therapeutic approach to their education.
Holistic Education
Our wonderful team of teaching staff and professionals at Mountfields House are passionate about delivering a holistic educational experience for all our young people. They support us in delivering an ambitious yet adaptable curriculum that helps our pupils to re-engage with their education. This, coupled with our Assessing Healing Complex Trauma (AHCT) therapeutic approach, means we can support our learners in reaching their full potential.
Bespoke Facilities
Finished to the highest standards and situated in stunning grounds, Mountfields House offers a range of learning environments to suit every pupil. Our large, open-plan classrooms are great for group-based learning, meanwhile our smaller breakaway rooms provide young people with a quiet place to focus or engage in one-on-one support. Our fully equipped Science Lab, Design Technology and Arts Workshop, and Teaching Kitchens enrich our pupils' learning, while our dedicated therapy spaces offer them somewhere safe to decompress when they need it.
